  • Beingbeeofficial.com ships orders from Monday to Friday. Orders placed outside of business hours will be processed the next business day.
  • Beingbeeofficial.com reserves the right not to ship orders with incomplete address details or unverifiable payment information.
  • You may not change the delivery address after you have completed your order.
  • Delivery personnel are only responsible for delivering products and cannot process returns. If you have any questions, please contact us. Delivery delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as accidents or natural disasters along the delivery route.

Shipping Guarantee

Beingbeeofficial.com will be responsible for replacing or refunding products in any case where the error is ours. We reserve the right not to be liable for damages exceeding the value of the reported product under any circumstances.

Incorrect Address Information

If you provide an incorrect shipping address and the package is misdelivered, Beingbeeofficial.com will not provide compensation. The shipping provider may attempt to contact you if the provided address is incorrect. If the shipping provider cannot contact you, your package may be held at the shipping provider’s warehouse. Beingbeeofficial.com will assist in coordinating with the provider to investigate the issue.

Conditions for Product Replacement and Claims

  1. Customers must inspect the products upon receipt and immediately notify the company if there are any issues, such as receiving the wrong model, incorrect product type, incomplete quantity, or damaged goods.
  2. All claims and return requests must be reported to us first before taking any action. You can reach us using contact information or our contact form from this page.
  3. We do not accept returns or replacements for worn, washed, original tag and packaging missing items or requests due to reasons unrelated to the company’s error.
  4. We will review the claim. If the conditions are met and replacement products are available, we will coordinate with the customer for the most convenient way to proceed with the replacement or return and arrange for expedited shipping of the new product.
  5. We are not responsible for the return shipping costs of the items.

Note: Beingbeeofficial.com reserves the right to not accept returns for the following types of products:

  • Clearance items with special prices
  • Products that do not match the customer’s personal taste or products that perform well but do not meet expectations
  • The outer packaging of the product may be slightly damaged or dented during shipping, which does not affect the functionality of the product.
  • Delays in product delivery caused by the shipping service provider due to long holidays or unforeseen natural disasters such as storms, floods, or earthquakes.
  • If the product is damaged during shipping, such as torn or crushed packaging or the product itself being damaged or lost in transit, our store is willing to assist in coordinating with the shipping company to claim rights and benefits for the customer. However, our store cannot be held responsible for damages caused by the shipping company.

Return Conditions

Upon receipt of the product, if any issues are found, the company reserves the right to review and accept returns based on the specified conditions. The decision of Be Misa Company Limited is final.

Customers have the right to return products by notifying the company via email at [email protected] attached with the return form within 14 days of receiving the product. The product must be returned in its original condition with proof of purchase under the following conditions:

  • The product must not be damaged or defective due to customer actions.
  • The product must be accompanied by a receipt/payment confirmation and a tax invoice.
  • The product must be unused, with tags and price labels intact, and returned in its original packaging, including manuals and accessories.
  • Products received as part of promotional offers, such as free gifts or exchange products, must be returned with the main product.
  • Shipping costs, packaging fees, and other service fees are non-refundable.

Return and Exchange Process

If a product has an issue, customers must contact beingbeeofficial.com via email at [email protected] or call +669-8273-0011. Upon receiving confirmation for the return or exchange from beingbeeofficial.com, customers can send the product back for inspection via the following methods:

Customers must handle the shipping process via Thailand Post or a private courier and bear the shipping costs initially. Beingbeeofficial.com will contact the customer within 7 – 14 business days after receiving the product to confirm the return or exchange. If the conditions are not met, the product will be sent back at the customer’s expense.

Refund Conditions

The company reserves the right to determine the refund method. Cash refunds will not be issued. Refunds will be processed as follows:

  • Replacement with a different product of equal or higher value, with the customer paying the difference.
  • Refund to the customer’s account within 7-14 days after the company confirms the return.
